Boca take on an excellent team from Portsmouth. Martin wants the boys to turn up focused and ready to go for this tough fixture. With no Chillers this weekend we wish Martin all the best of luck for this game and hope he enjoys his first game in charge.

Oakwood FC - Sunday 12/09/10 - 14:00 Southwood

We are going to have to work really hard to get a result here today. Although the Hampshire Cup is not my main priority this season it would be great to get to our second final and this time lift the cup. It is really important that we are fully "on it" from the moment we get to Southwood. Please be on time (anyone later than 13:20 will be on the bench regardless of who they are). I want us to play at a high tempo from the start, closing Oakwood down and not allowing them time to settle.

I want you to talk to each other during the game and cover as we have worked on. I will try to give everyone a bit of the game if possible and I know some of you will get a longer time on the pitch on Saturday so hopefully it will work out ok.

So to recap lets sort our heads out first, work hard and most importantly come of the pitch having enjoyed giving 100% for Boca.

As this is a Hampshire cup game the club will be sorting out some food after so if anyone can hang around after it would be cool!

A very tough pre-season friendly as Boca take on Aldershot at Southwood on 17th August 2010 at 6:30.
We are not worried about the result as it is chance to play a bare bone squad. Also we can try different formations and players in different positions which will give us some good ideas for next season.
